About ATS-LLC ATLAS
For the past three years, ATS-LLC has been developing the ATS-LLC ATLAS website.
This latest site represents the third generation ATLAS and marks a major shift
in both database technology and the analysis and navigation capabilities provided by ATS-LLC.
The ATS-LLC ATLAS is designed to provide paid subscribers with a web-based tool for navigating the sea of data that makes up the federal government's Information Technology (IT)
spending over a three fiscal-year period. Each government fiscal year, new data is released by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) that shows three fiscal years of spending on Development, Modernization and Enhancement of IT (DME), and the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) funding required to keep existing systems running.
